The reason for this site

Posted 22 Mar 2006 in Blogging

Welcome to my new blog page! I have long considered doing this and finally got around to it after encouragement from my friend John Chandler. In no way do I consider myself an expert in any of the topics that I will post on. However, I am a strong believer in the value of people discussing life together in the hope of learning from each other…and that is what I hope to create here.

One of the turning points for me was reading John’s page on why to blog. I have included two of the main reasons that he brought up that I hope to accomplish here.

1) to stay in touch

2) to share your thoughts, ideas, or information

Please feel free to comment heavily on any and every thought you have that I discuss here. I’m looking forward to the interaction. Please let me know anything that you would like me to include on here or suggestions that you have.

    Welcome to the blogosphere Jeremy.

I just feel the need to insert a disclaimer and say that I take no responsibility for any of the ideas that Jeremy brings into the blogosphere.

Jeremy…the problem with blogging, is that your mother and her friends can read what you are up to! Ha! It’s a huge blogaffair! Your site looks great!

    Hello dear friend,

So I must say that this is a pretty cool site. I will be bragging to people about knowing you! I am excited that Blue like Jazz is one of your recommended books. I finished it not too long ago and I loved it.
